Presenter: Dr. Joseph Weisler, PHD. Educator, Podcaster, and Scholar. This session will introduce a practical, classroom-ready approach to building environments where students feel seen, safe, and willing to engage, without asking educators to take on roles they are not trained for. Dr. Weisler will focus on simple, replicable shifts that help educators create structure, invite meaningful participation, and foster student awareness. Participants will engage in guided reflection and collaborative discussion while exploring strategies that can be implemented immediately across content areas. This session will support educator well-being while strengthening student connection, engagement, and ownership of learning.
